Customer Portal
This module is a convenient and efficient solution to simplify the way customers access their calibration certificates. With a website and an App available for both Android and iPhone, customers can download their certificates anytime and anywhere. This user-friendly tool is designed to provide customers with the ability to manage their assets, consult different reports (activity, due reports), monitor the work in progress, issue tickets, among other neat features, all in one place.
Workflow
The process starts with the customer service team providing customers with their login credentials to access their web portal. This is typically done through a customized email that guides the customer on how to get started.
Once logged in, customers can access a range of features that make managing their calibration certificates and equipment information a effortless. In the Asset Manager section of the portal, customers can view a list of all their calibration certificates, with detailed information on each calibrated instrument. It includes a user-friendly search box and filters, making it easy to quickly find the exact information customers are looking for. The information shown includes the asset, serial, model, calibration date, calibration interval, and the due, among other fields. In addition, customers can view the calibration certificate for each instrument and access its calibration history. The portal also allows customers to add any special requirements they may have for their equipment.
The portal empowers end-users to filter certificates based on the calibration date range or the date of expiration. Users can easily select the desired time interval to view the details of the calibrated instruments.
The portal's Status Report feature is especially helpful for customers who want to stay updated on the progress of their equipment. It provides real-time information on which equipment is currently in the laboratory process, including which equipment has completed calibration and which paperwork is in the final inspection stage. This allows customers to monitor the progress of their instruments and check how many days they have been in the laboratory.
Another useful feature of the portal is the ability to download certificates in batch. Customers can download all their certificates at once in a convenient zip file, which they can then store in their own records for easy access in the future. This feature eliminates the need to download each certificate individually, saving customers time and effort.
Lastly, the portal provides customers with the ability to generate tickets. This feature allows customers to request changes to their certificates, schedule equipment pickup for calibration, or raise any concerns they may have. With this system in place, customers can communicate their needs to the support team directly from the portal, and the team can quickly and efficiently respond to any requests.
The accompanying App, available for both Android and iPhone, offers most of the features from the web version adapted for mobile devices. It also includes additional outstanding features such as the ability to access certificates by scanning the calibration label QR code, download certificates using Wi-Fi to save on data consumption, and keep the most recent certificate accessible offline.
